What a 1:1 Session Looks Like

Every session begins with you , where you are, what is present for you, and what you feel called to explore. You are invited to bring your questions, and your truth. If you have a sacred journal, we can begin with that; otherwise, I provide a journal as a reflective space for your thoughts, stories, and insights.

Our work is collaborative, gentle, and exploratory. You are not a problem to be fixed, but a whole, radiant human being to be seen, understood, and honoured. I hold a space of psychological safety and embodied presence, where you can slow down, sense into your inner world, and begin to notice the patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and bodily sensations.

Sessions are for consideration, reflection, and awakening, not for reaction or immediate problem-solving. They are about opening to your own intelligence, asking yourself thoughtful questions, and stepping into the role of CEO of your full self.

What a Session Includes

Life Story Work & the Sacred Journal
We explore your story through reflective prompts, questions, and journaling exercises. This is a space for deep listening to yourself, noticing your patterns, celebrating your wisdom, and gently uncovering what guides you.

Somatic Awareness & Energetic Presence
We tune into your body, noticing tension, energy blocks, or sensations. Through breath, gentle movement, grounding, or subtle energetic practices, you can release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your natural flow.

Exploration & Intuitive Reflection
We reflect, inquire, and explore beneath the surface. This may include guided meditation, imagery, energy alignment, or connecting with your higher self and inner guidance. You are invited to consider, witness, and integrate, rather than to fix or force change.

Education & Insight
Where helpful, I offer knowledge about the mind, nervous system, emotions, and behaviour , giving you clarity about why you experience what you do and how to work with your system with compassion and awareness.

Every session is unique, because you are unique. Some clients come for focused insight, others for a longer reflective journey. The pace, depth, and practices always unfold in a way that feels safe, meaningful, and embodied for you.

The goal is not just understanding, but transformation through reflection, awareness, and presence , learning to work with your mind, body, energy, and intuition, and reconnecting with the wisdom and guidance that have always been yours.

Please come dressed in your comfortable clothes, we may get you stretching to release some energy blocks and tension. You may choose to lie down for a meditation or sit in a chair, we can accommodate all physical needs.

You can bring your own Sacred journal otherwise, I will provide you with one.
